Welcome to Universal Support Agency
Universal Support Agency L.L.C. mission is to empower, support, educate, advocate, and provide quality care to individuals and families dealing with the challenges of mental health disorders. Our goal is to help everyone reach their full potential and live life to the fullest by collaborating and partnering with individuals, families, community advocates, community providers, government agencies, first responders, and other healthcare professionals. Universal Support Agency will provide a safe, non-judgmental, and least restrictive environment for clients as we strive to work with integrity, love, empathy, and compassion for all.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be recognized as Behavioral Health Leaders through:
- A holistic person-centered approach – Universal Support Agency supports meeting the individual and families where they are and acknowledging the whole person: their physical, mental, and emotional health, while considering their social factors at the same time.

Universal Support Agency
Universal Support Agency is certified by the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) to provide Mental Health Rehabilitation Services to Adults in the District of Columbia as a Core Service Agency (CSA). We offer a variety of mental health care programs aimed to help individuals battle their mental struggles and live out the life they want to live. We help everyone accomplish their personal and health goals, lighting their path to recovery.
